Return Policy
Gregor’s Marine is committed to providing genuine OEM marine parts backed by clear and consistent return guidelines. Please review the information below carefully before submitting a return request.
Return Eligibility
OEM and aftermarket parts may be returned within 60 days of receipt when all of the following conditions are met:
• Item is unused and uninstalled
• Item is in resalable condition
• Original packaging is intact
• All manuals, tags, and components are included
• Return request has been approved prior to shipment
Items that have been installed, used, damaged, altered, or returned without authorization are not eligible for return.
Fitment Responsibility
Gregor’s Marine provides part lookup assistance and fitment guidance when available. Final responsibility for confirming compatibility rests with the customer prior to ordering.
Returns for incorrect fitment may be accepted at Gregor’s Marine’s discretion unless the item is special ordered, shipped via LTL freight, or classified as an electrical or electronic component. Customers are strongly encouraged to contact us prior to purchase if fitment is uncertain.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Electrical and electronic components of any kind
• Ignition components
• Sensors, modules, ECUs, and computer-based parts
• Wiring harnesses, electrical cables, switches, relays, fuses, and gauges
• Trim and tilt components
• Complete outboard engines
• Propellers once packaging has been opened or installation has occurred
• Special order items
• Items shipped via LTL freight
• Closeout, discontinued, or vintage items
• Installed, used, damaged, or altered items
• Items returned without original packaging
Due to the sensitive nature of electrical and electronic components and the inability to verify handling or installation, no exceptions will be made.
Defective Items and Manufacturer Warranty
Most OEM parts are covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Gregor’s Marine does not provide independent warranties, expressed or implied.
If a product appears defective, customers must contact Gregor’s Marine as soon as possible and should not install or use the item. Gregor’s Marine may assist with the warranty process in accordance with manufacturer policies.
Acceptance of a product for inspection does not constitute an admission of liability. Final warranty determinations are made by the manufacturer and may require review prior to resolution.
Refunds and Restocking Fees
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
• A restocking fee of up to 20 percent may apply based on item condition and manufacturer requirements
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refunds are processed within three to five business days after receipt and inspection
Restocking fees may be waived at Gregor’s Marine’s discretion if the return results from an error made by Gregor’s Marine.
Return Shipping
• Return authorization is required prior to shipment
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Gregor’s Marine made an error
• Return shipments should be insured for full value
Return shipping instructions will be provided once authorization is approved.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order enters fulfillment or is transmitted to an OEM distribution partner.
Orders that have entered fulfillment must follow the return process outlined in this policy. Non-returnable items cannot be canceled once fulfillment has begun.
