Mercury Fuel Fitting Assembly 22831Q3 is a genuine Quicksilver replacement fuel connector for select Mercury and Mariner 2-cycle outboards manufactured in 1971 and earlier. The twist-lock fitting provides a secure connection between the portable fuel tank hose and the engine.

Compatible Applications:

• Mercury 2-cycle outboards, 1971 and earlier
• Mariner 2-cycle outboards, 1971 and earlier
• Engines using the twist-lock style fuel connection
• Excludes Mercury 3.9-9.8 HP models

This fitting is useful for replacing a worn, damaged, or leaking engine-side fuel connection. The fuel line end fitting is not included. When servicing an older fuel system, inspect the fuel line and primer bulb for deterioration or leaks as well.
