Help protect your gearcase during routine maintenance with this genuine Quicksilver Gearcase Seal Washer Kit. Designed for select Mercury outboards, these blue gearcase seal washers help keep gear lube inside the gearcase while preventing water intrusion that can lead to costly internal damage.

Compatible with select Mercury 5HP propane-fueled outboards (serial number 0R936270 and above), 8HP and 9.9HP FourStroke outboards (serial number 0R008146 and above), and Mercury 15-20HP EFI FourStroke and SeaPro outboards (serial number 0R833820 and above).

The seal washer should be replaced whenever gear lube is changed or whenever the existing washer shows signs of wear, compression, cracking, or damage. Proper seal installation is critical for maintaining gearcase integrity and protecting internal components.
