The Mercury Active Trim Kit (Single Engine 75HP-115HP FourStroke with VesselView) 8M0129442 is a genuine Mercury OEM automatic trim system designed for select single-engine Mercury FourStroke outboards equipped with VesselView.

This Active Trim kit includes the Electronic Control Unit (ECU), digital trim sender, and connecting harness required to add Mercury's patented GPS-based automatic trim technology to compatible outboards. The system automatically adjusts engine trim based on boat speed, engine RPM, and GPS information to improve performance, fuel efficiency, and overall handling.

Active Trim continuously responds to changing conditions, including passenger load, water conditions, and throttle input, helping optimize boat performance while reducing operator workload. The system also allows users to customize trim settings to match their driving preferences.

Control and adjustment of the Active Trim system is performed directly through compatible VesselView displays or supported Simrad and Lowrance multifunction displays using VesselView Link technology. Additional components or wiring may be required depending on vessel rigging.
