Mercury MerCruiser Gen III Cool Fuel Module Kit 8M0047215 is a complete fuel pump module service kit for 2004 and newer MerCruiser sterndrive and inboard engines equipped with Gen III Cool Fuel systems. Mercury currently sells this part under the Quicksilver brand.

Compatible with the following:

• 2004 and newer MerCruiser sterndrive engines with Gen III Cool Fuel
• 2004 and newer MerCruiser inboard engines with Gen III Cool Fuel
• MCM and MIE applications equipped with the Gen III Cool Fuel system
• Original and updated Gen III Cool Fuel module configurations

The Gen III Cool Fuel module houses key fuel-delivery components and is designed to provide the fuel supply required by compatible MerCruiser engines. This updated module uses improved threaded cooling-water hose connections and can service engines originally equipped with earlier Gen III module designs.

• Complete Gen III Cool Fuel module assembly
• Two 3/8"-18 NPT plastic barbed fittings
• Adapter
• Mounting screw
• Drain plug assembly
• Seal

Important: When replacing an original-production Gen III Cool Fuel module, additional cooling-water hoses, fittings, or connection kits may be required depending on the engine configuration.
