Mercury Non-DTS 8-Pin to 14-Pin Adapter Harness, 1 Ft. 896542T01

Mercury Adapter Harness 896542T01 is a genuine Mercury OEM electrical harness designed to connect an 8-pin female boat harness to a 14-pin male engine connection on compatible non-DTS installations. The harness measures 1 foot (12 inches) and includes the mounting bracket and screws.

Compatible with select applications including:

• 2006 and newer Mercury non-DTS outboards
• 25-250 HP Mercury outboards equipped with a 14-pin engine connector
• Repower and rigging applications using an existing 8-pin boat harness with a compatible 14-pin engine connection

This adapter is particularly useful when repowering or updating an existing boat while retaining compatible 8-pin control wiring. It provides the connection between the older 8-pin boat-side harness and the newer 14-pin engine-side connection without replacing the entire boat harness.
