Mercury L6 Gen 5 Verado Remanufactured Powerhead 8M0188321 is a genuine Mercury Marine factory-remanufactured powerhead for select 225, 250, and 300 HP L6 Verado outboards. It is specifically designed for the Generation 5 version of Mercury's supercharged inline 6-cylinder Verado platform.

Compatible with select applications including:

• Mercury 225 HP L6 Verado Gen 5
• Mercury 250 HP L6 Verado Gen 5
• Mercury 300 HP L6 Verado Gen 5

This is a remanufactured Mercury powerhead, not a new-production powerhead or aftermarket replacement. Mercury's remanufacturing program completely disassembles and rebuilds these powerheads using OEM components and current engineering revisions.

The Generation 5 application is important when selecting this powerhead. Earlier L6 Verado generations use different powerhead assemblies, and 8M0188321 is not intended for 350 or 400 HP Verado models.
