Mercury Propeller Shaft 8M0156191 is an OEM gearcase component designed for select Mercury FourStroke outboard applications. The propeller shaft transfers power from the gear set to the propeller and works with the associated clutch, bearing, thrust, and sealing components inside the gearcase.

Compatible with select applications including:

Mercury 75 HP FourStroke
Mercury 90 HP FourStroke
Mercury 100 HP FourStroke
Mercury 115 HP FourStroke
Mercury 115 Pro XS FourStroke
Select 2.1L FourStroke gearcase configurations

This is the propeller shaft only. Bearings, seals, gears, thrust components, and other related gearcase hardware are sold separately.

Because Mercury uses different propeller shafts based on gearcase configuration, rotation, and production range, confirm compatibility using the engine serial number before ordering.
