The Quicksilver Water Shutter 60930 is a genuine Quicksilver OEM replacement exhaust water shutter, also known as a water flapper, designed for numerous MerCruiser sterndrive applications. It helps prevent water from flowing back into the engine through the exhaust system when the engine is not running.

Installed inline within the exhaust system, the water shutter acts as a flexible check valve that allows exhaust gases to exit while automatically closing to help prevent water intrusion.
